The Business Foundation for Education has organized the first pilot session of the Be Positive training program. The project aims to support young people who are neither in employment, nor in education and training (NEETs), using the approach of the positive psychology. The Be Positive training program addresses a broad range of professionals, who work with young people.
The training took place on the February 6th, 2016, in Shumen – one of the cities with highest unemployment rate in Bulgaria. 17 young people participated in the training. The gathered feedback is very positive and will be shared among the partners from Austria, Greece, Spain, UK and Sweden.
The training has been delivered by a psychologist and trainer with outstanding experience in both fields as well as in career guidance. As the trainer has briefly summarized the pilot it has been „a wonderful day with a great group, atmosphere full of questions and luckily answers, new contacts, new possibilities.“
