Future Work 4’s project will develop online courses in 4 key skills for the future workforce

The Future Work 4’s project team had its kick-off meeting in Prague this week to discuss the first project activities.

The partnership involves 5 organizations, which will jointly develop a gamified platform with open online courses (MOOC) to help students from all fields of study develop 4 key skills for the future labour force:

🖱️ Sofia University  is developing a course for digital competencies.

🚀 Innovation Hive – Greece is responsible for the course in entrepreneurship skills and innovation.

🌎 Czech University of Life Sciences Prague works on the training course for green skills and environmental awareness.

💼 Business Foundation for Education – Bulgaria elaborates on the course in social and career skills.

💻 The team oLink Campus University – Italy develops an online platform that will apply game elements like challenges and rewards, as well as interactive exercises, to make the learning process more interactive and engaging.

Each course will contain 4 interactive exercises through which learners will check the acquired knowledge, tests, 16 practical mini-tasks, and other game elements to make learning more interesting.

The training platform will be ready by the end of the year. It will be freely available in 5 languages for self-study. In 2024, partner organizations will integrate the courses into their programs and pilot them with at least 300 students.

Future Work 4’s project, No: KA220-HED-6725C470 is implemented with the financial support of the European Commission under the Erasmus+ program.
