The WINGS project, funded by the Erasmus + program, aims to stimulate the success of start-ups and SMEs in international business through an innovative online course integrating practical cases and serious games.
The online course for starting and managing a successful international company is freely available in 6 languages and is aimed at everyone who is interested in the topic of entrepreneurship – trainers, career counselors, young people, start-up entrepreneurs and startups.
The initiative is coordinated by the University of Cyprus and includes the Business Foundation for Education (Bulgaria), FyG Consultores (Spain), INOVA (Portugal), bit.cz (Czech Republic) and Danmar Computers (Poland).
The training program covers 7 topics:
• Global entrepreneurship
• Key entrepreneurial competencies
• Uncertainty management
• Intercultural communication
• Marketing skills
• Business skills
•Financial literacy
The modules are complemented by 6 serious online games based on real cases, which allow entrepreneurs to practice the skills needed to develop and expand their own business abroad.
The partners developed a competence framework for the global entrepreneur and gathered training materials and resources in relation to each skill.
In the platform you will find a special article that analyzes the effect of Covid on internationalization.
More useful information on the topic can be found on the project website https://wings.erasmus.site/ and on its Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/wings.entrepreneurship.games.
