Enroll now!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After piloting with 120 students and adult learners, the Open Mind gamified online course \u201cIntroduction to the Social Entrepreneurship\u201d officially <strong>starts in mid-March on <a href=\"http:\/\/platform.open-mind-project.eu\/bg\/login\">http:\/\/platform.open-mind-project.eu\/bg\/login<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The course is especially targeting <strong>women, adult learners and students from diverse fields of study<\/strong>, with the aim to improve access and attract more people to entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It contains <strong>8 modules<\/strong> which will introduce the learners to various topics \u2013 Basics in social economy and entrepreneurship, Business Management, Legal Framework, The Business Model Canvas, Social enterprise marketing, Fundraising, Business plan writing and Social projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>game elements<\/strong>, incorporated in the platform, create an engaging and exciting learning experience with overall duration of 75 hours of study (3 ECTS credits).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The gamified learning platform is accessible in English, Bulgarian, Greek, Polish and Romanian on <a href=\"http:\/\/platform.open-mind-project.eu\/\">http:\/\/platform.open-mind-project.eu\/<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The course has been developed by 8 organizations \u2013 the <a href=\"http:\/\/vuzf.bg\/en\">VUZF University of Finance, Business and Entrepreneurship<\/a>, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fbo.bg\/\">Business Foundation for Education<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uni-svishtov.bg\/\">\u201cD.A.Tsenov\u201d Academy of Economics<\/a> and the technological company <a href=\"http:\/\/www.11235ltd.com\/\">11235<\/a> Ltd from Bulgaria; the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.entre.gr\/\">Institute of Entrepreneurship Development<\/a> in Greece, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uni.lodz.pl\/\">University of Lodz<\/a> \u2013 Poland, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.utm.ro\/\">University Titu Maioerescu<\/a> \u2013 Romania and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.shef.ac.uk\/\">University of Sheffield<\/a>, UK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/test.fbo.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Partner-meeting-Sheffield.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-370\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Open Mind meeting in Sheffield hosted by the Sheffield University Management School, 24 January 2018<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The \u201cIntroduction to Social Entrepreneurship\u201d course aim to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>foster their entrepreneurial motivation, skills and mindset;<\/li><li>raise the student\u2019s awareness of the various aspects of starting up and running a successful business and social enterprise \u2013 legal, financial, managerial, leadership, marketing, etc;<\/li><li>provide a comprehensive online learning environment combining theory, practice, online coaching from experienced mentors, active networking with peers and opportunity to attract potential investors.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The inspiring experiential learning journey will be based around tasks, missions and challenges, through which \u2013 enabled by the game elements of the platform\u2013 the users will develop the basic knowledge, skills and mindset, required to become social entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1889\" height=\"1077\" src=\"https:\/\/fbo.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/WINGS_kick-off.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1401\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fbo.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/WINGS_kick-off.jpg 1889w, https:\/\/fbo.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/WINGS_kick-off-600x342.jpg 600w, https:\/\/fbo.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/WINGS_kick-off-300x171.jpg 300w, https:\/\/fbo.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/WINGS_kick-off-1024x584.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/fbo.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/WINGS_kick-off-768x438.jpg 768w, https:\/\/fbo.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/WINGS_kick-off-1536x876.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1889px) 100vw, 1889px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As an acknowledgment for the quality implementation of the project, Open Mind was awarded by the Human Resource Development Centre \u2013 the Bulgarian national Erasmus+ agency.
