It especially welcomes\u00a0<strong>female learners and those without prior entrepreneurship experience<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project follows the <strong>&#8220;flipped classroom&#8221; approach,<\/strong> where participants start by exploring the theoretical concepts independently and then apply the obtained knowledge to practical tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first step in the hackathon is a <strong>gamified online course (MOOC), <\/strong>available in six languages \u2014 English, Bulgarian, Greek, Portuguese, Polish, and Italian. <br>It equips students with cutting-edge knowledge across five key topics:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ud83c\udf3f Entrepreneurship in STEAM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83c\udf31 Green skills and sustainability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83e\udde0 Innovation and design thinking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udcbb Digital skills in entrepreneurship<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udccb Project management and social skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u27a1\ufe0f\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/greensteam.cs.ucy.ac.cy\/moodle\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Start your MOOC journey now<\/strong>!<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Green Steam promotional video (English version)\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/XgfluGoWf4s?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Learn by Doing: Gamified Learning + Flipped Labs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through self-directed online learning and&nbsp;<strong>interactive exercises<\/strong>, students will explore green entrepreneurship concepts at their own pace. But learning doesn\u2019t stop there!
