In just its first months, it reached around <strong>400 students and parents<\/strong> in <strong>Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, and Blagoevgrad<\/strong>, providing them with individual consultations with certified career counsellors, meetings with professionals from various fields, and real internship opportunities at <strong>Lidl<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The online platform <strong>Profesii.info<\/strong> continues to grow and inspire\u2014more than <strong>6,000 young people<\/strong> have already used its content, including <strong>Bulgaria\u2019s first AI-powered career chatbot<\/strong>, as well as over <strong>120 videos and interviews<\/strong> with representatives of different professions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>\u201cAgent of Change\u201d<\/strong> awards ceremony brought together people from across the country who, through dedication and daily efforts, contribute to building a better future for our communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For us, it is an honour that <strong>Career UP<\/strong> is among the initiatives that inspire and stand alongside those good practices with the potential to change the future for the better.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The joint initiative of Lidl Bulgaria and the Business Foundation for Education \u2013 Career UP \u2013 has been selected as a finalist in the national \u201cAgent of Change\u201d competition!
