One of the projects that Business Foundation for Education team has gladly joined has been Ladies First, 2017-1-EL01-KA202-036219 and it is coming to an end. The Final Transnational Multiplier Conference has been hosted by the Greek Ladies first! partners in Athens on the 12th, September, 2019.
The project team jointly elaborated Ladies first! Curriculum, Handbook, Toolkit and App Toolkit aiming to empower teachers, trainers and counselors to support women beneficiaries in order to gain the necessary stability in-between working and personal life, especially in the framework of crisis.
The team has been lead by KEK IEKEP – the coordinators from Greece and also included Iasis Amke Athens from Greece, Business Foundation for Education from Bulgaria, Center for Social Innovation – CSI from Cyprus, FVA – new media research from Italy, ITG – Portage Salarial from France and ISQ from Portugal.
The Conference attracted outstanding interest and a larger number of local actors from VET and NGO sectors, public authorities, counsellors and coaches, women from various cultural backgrounds, social workers, etc. joined the project partnership.
During the event the participants received more detailed information about the project and its intellectual outputs and outcomes, took part in the world café session and the workshops, tasted in real environment Ladies first! tools and were able to acquire information about the Ladies first! implementation in all partners’ countries.
