The FUTURE project was demonstrated to key stakeholders and decision makers during the EPALE Bulgaria national forum, which took place on July the 12th at Sofia Hotel Balkan.
The team of BFE showed the missions (video) and challenged the participants to play interactively one of them, using the Kahoot mobile application. The “Future of Jobs” test helps raise the awareness of players to the key issues and challenges concerning the effect of social and technological transformations on the workplace.
The forum discussed the pathways and measures for enhancing the skills of adults. It gathered about 80 representatives of the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, the Employment Agency, the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training, the regional governments, adult education experts and social partners.
BFE presented its current projects addressing adult education, as well as the national initiatives, such as skills forecasting and anticipation.
