Work-Aut. Leveraging WBL to foster professional inclusion of people affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder

Business Foundation for Education represents Bulgaria in a project launched this week and called Work-Aut. Leveraging WBL to foster professional inclusion of people affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder.

The project is funded under the Erasmus+ Program, KA2 Strategic partnerships,The project’s outputs foreseen and activities planned are addressing the overriding objective of developing a more open and inclusive labour market and fostering participation of people affected by ASD. This will be achieved through the development of new competences for professionals of the recruiting and employment processes. Career counselors, HR managers and employment officers will increase their awareness and will improve their skills for working with people affected by ASD.

The project team will be lead by Kunnskapstrening It, Norway and includes CIAPE – Italian Permanent Learning Centre, Italy, Internationale Projekte – Volkshochschule im Landkreis Cham e.V., Germany, IRIPS, France, Business Foundation for Education, Bulgaria and NAV Jobblyst, Norway.
