The second pilot session of the Be Positive training program in Bulgaria took place at the end of February, 2016 in one of the seaside cities Burgas. 26 young people participated in the training. The training has been delivered again by the already selected psychologist and trainer with outstanding experience in both fields as well as in career guidance.
The training took place in a seaside city where young people can find temporarily job during the season which in Bulgaria is approximately 3 months and practically have not many other options during the year. This fact results in low proactiveness, lack of willingness to take responsibility for everyone’s own career path and a significant hopelessness.
The gathered feedback is very positive both from the participants and the trainer who has implemented it in real environment in two Bulgarian cities.
